In 2008, with a passion for good food and a dream to bring people together, our family opened the doors to Mehfil — right here in the heart of Roseville, California.

The word Mehfil comes from the rich cultural traditions of South Asia, and it means “a gathering of people” — often for food, music, poetry, and celebration. From the very beginning, that spirit of connection and joy has been at the heart of everything we do.

We didn’t just want to start a restaurant; we wanted to create a warm, welcoming space where people could gather, share a meal, and feel at home. Every dish we serve is made with care, using time-honored family recipes, fresh ingredients, and the flavors we grew up loving.
